Stockyards Boxing On ! COMBAT | TV
Last week`s card is now available on ! COMBAT | TV
We had to go back to using ScrewTube, because for some reason Daily Slow-tion has put a cap on file size.
The Cobra Is Going To Brantford
There is a card in Brantford next Saturday afternoon.
Leo `The Cobra`will be going.
Although, my name was submitted, but so far there is no opponent for me.
However, Richard told me to be "on standby" in case someone comes by at the last minute.
Even if I am not going to be there, good luck to Leo.
He will be re-matching Mark Laidman.
I was being considered as an opponent for Mark, but there is too much weight difference. Mark is almost 200 pounds.
Bus Etiquette
Since there is not much happening in boxing this week, I thought I would take this time to rant.
This week is about `how to ride the bus`, since so many people in Toronto don`t know how.
RULE 1: When the bus gets to the terminal, people will use both doors to exit, and then use both doors to enter. This is done to speed-up the process of exchanging passengers. Trying to enter before the bus is empty, defeats the purpose, and is rude.
RULE 2: Bringing large items and baby carriages on the bus, when the bus is crowded, is inconvenient and not safe. Therefore, grow a brain, and don't do it.
RULE 3: Blocking the entrance of the bus is also inconvenient and not safe. If there are seats, park your fat ass in one of them. If there are none, move your butt to the back of the bus. As well, you don't block the exit door for the same reason.
RULE 4: It does not matter how much you think you have between your legs, nobody wants to see your size xs joke. Keep your legs closed, and use only one seat. That being said, that also means keeping your crap off the seats. It is a public vehicle, not your personal storage space. Put your shit on the floor, especially when you see the bus is getting packed.
RULE 5: Don't talk to the driver. It is dangerous. Also, it is highly likely that whatever you are saying, the driver doesn't care. Learn how to use a map, and read the destination signs. Those nice bright orange LED signs on the bus, are there for a reason other than to be a decoration.
RULE 6: Nobody wants to hear your shitty music. Always use headphones at a volume others can't hear.
RULE 7: This may seem as a surprise to some of you, but riding the bus is not free. Wow! You need a ticket, cash, or a pass. Now that you know that, have your fucking fare ready before you board, instead of holding up the whole line.
RULE 8: Speaking of a line, Learn how to use one. Standing offside, and then swinging in front of the rest of the line when the bus gets there, is rude, and socially unacceptable in Canadian culture.

Now that you all understand how to ride the bus, I don't expect to see any of this shit ever again.
