MONDAY: Sparring, bag, shadow boxing, 75 minutes 
TUESDAY: Sparring, technical training, bag, 60 minutes
WEDNESDAY: Bag, shadow boxing, 45 minutes
THURSDAY: Technical training, shadow boxing, bag 75 minutes
FRIDAY: Cardio, resistance training, bag 75 minutes

WEEK TOTAL: 400 minutes

Training schedule: Fri. Sun (Bloor), Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs (Stockyards).

The Power of the Blog 2 ?

Well, I don`t know if my blog entry had anything to do with it, but Blogger is retracting their policy:

must turn on the adult content setting

show.

If you don't have sexually explicit content on your blog and you're  
following the rest of the Blogger Content Policy  
(http://www.blogger.com/content.g), you don't need to make any changes to  
your blog.

Sure. 
I think they just realized how stupid it was.

If they are going to have a policy like that, there should be a reason for it. Don`t just assume that if a blog has photos, they are dirty photos.

Congats to Thomas Alberto for winning his first bout at the Direct Energy Centre.

Remember, we are sparring next week, Thom. 
Don`t get cocky. 
That`s my job.
